The New Winder moulded epoxy foam sandwich hull and moulded epoxy foam sandwich decks are built to the latest rules, with 7.5kg of correctors and large drain tubes.
The Fireball is fitted to our Championship winning specification to include: two Super Med bailers, forward jib sheeting, lower mast bend controlled by chocks, outhaul, cunningham, pole height, adjustable jib sheeting all led to helmsman, Aft mainsheet bridle and kicker to centre main jammer, 12:1 rig tension system, twinning lines, pump action spinnaker system, adjustable toe straps, spinnaker bags and Mylar slot gasket.
Also includes: Selden mast with low stretch shrouds in Dyform, De-rakers with fast pins, tapered Selden 2633 boom complete with ball bearing outhaul system, spinnaker pole with ramp/triggers, moulded centreboard, lifting rudder with tiller extension, P&B mainsail, jib and spinnaker and builders fee. The majority of the hardware fitted is Harken.

The 505 is a truly International Class raced in over twenty countries. This makes for probably the highest level of competition available outside the Olympic classes with annual National and World Championships sailed at some of the worlds finest locations.
Chosen by most of the sailing associations as the double handed dinghy to introduce young sailors to Olympic Classes the 420 is amongst the most popular. It was chosen by the ISAF as the double handed discipline for the ISAF Youth World Championship from 1997 to 2003.
Nautivela is the biggest producer of the 420 in the World and this boat has unquestionable championship potential. The 420 is constructed in accordance to the latest Class Rules and is sailed worldwide.
The Nautivela built, foam sandwich hull/deck is complete with non-slip on floor, and fitted out to our Championship specification. The package includes Super Spars spars, lightening rope kicker, P&B sails, Nautivela foils and Harken fittings as standard.
P&B supply complete Championship winning packages, to meet individual specifications. Winner have been building Optimists for 40 years and have had 13 World, 17 European and 8 US Championship wins. Winners also carry a 5 year warranty on the hull.
Moulded from epoxy foam sandwich, using the same materials and building techniques as Winder boats use for their world championship winning Fireball, National championship winning Merlin Rocket and Solo. Vacuum bagged and epoxy moulded, the laminate gives a super light and stiff hull.
